Rangatahi Support Worker - Dargaville/Takiwira

We are looking for a passionate support worker to join our rangatahi programme team and carry a small case load to support rangatahi to achieve their goals & aspirations.

• Experience working with young adults (aged 15-25 years) and an understanding of mental wellbeing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a small team.
• Track record of building strong relationships.
• Preparedness to engage in physical activity alongside rangatahi.
• Computer literacy, clean driver’s licence and Police checks.
